That symptom usually indicates there is a bug in the code which causes it to crash. You can discover the line number in the code by setting the error level to "simple" in the Joomla global configuration. This would help me find the problem. Just change the setting, repeat the action that results in a blank page, then put your error level back the way you had it.

Hi,

Error level was already set to simple, so I set it to maximum.

Still no error code just blank page after trying to save my profile.

I was log as superadmin in the frontend.

other question
Will I receceived a notification even if it's an admin or superadmin who change his profile?

thanks

Yes, you will receive notification for any user who changes his/her profile, including all admin levels.

Regarding the blank screen you are seeing, if there is no error message then it is not likely a coding error in my extension that is keeping the screen from updating. This is a CB plug-in, which means the one and only function within the file gets registered with both the CB BeforeUserUpdate and BeforeUpdateUser events. This function is called by CB when the front end user (or administrator in the back end) modifying a profile clicks the Update button but before the changes are applied. That is the point in time at which differences between what is current and what has been changed can be checked. Unless there is a coding error that causes the code to crash or not compile, CB should keep going and should refresh the page after the update.

Since you cannot produce an error, perhaps you can give more detail regarding your system and its configuration. For example, do you have register globals or emulation enabled? I believe one or the other is required. I am not sure what safemode is, but if it mean RG are disabled that could be the problem.
