Ok I will continue to make other test, I remember once to add this issue also with AEC (I'm not able to found this old post on their forum) but this was the calling method used that causing this issue and the dev change the way to handel this part of the code and after that was working ok.

I will send him an email maybe he will remember this particular case.

For the new features that sound good, but better to always to give the opportunity to choose who is going to be notified and activate or not the user notification.

anyhow I will try your plugin on regular server with safemode off
